Simple Newborn Session

When Christina first reached out about a newborn session and told me that her baby was already 7 weeks old, I was worried. Most newborn sessions are done within the first 2-3 weeks so that baby is sleepy enough to stay sleeping through all the different posing I do in my typical workflow. I was honest with her before booking, letting her know that I couldn’t garuntee any of my usual poses and that we would most likely only get some swaddled images along with some “mug shots”. She was totally fine with that and wanted those simple cute awake shots anyways, and I’m so glad she trusted me! Because of her, I have added a new package to my newborn offerings for babies who are between 4-8 weeks old! I find myself turning away clients who have aged out of that typical 3 week timeframe, so I’m super excited to offer more for my future clients!

So, if you waited too long to book because becoming a new mom is overwhelming and there was too much on your plate, BOOK NOW! Currently accepting babies up to 8 weeks old!

Here are some of my favorite images from their session!
