It's almost that time of year again, and I'm so excited to share the details of the 2025 Santa Experience! Going into year 5 of Santa sessions means I've learned a lot and I'm constantly improving my offerings in order to serve YOU better. I'm doing things a little differently this year, so if you've booked your Santa experience with me in the past you'll want to read below to see what's changed. If you've never booked with me before, welcome, and I hope we get a chance to meet at this year's Santa event!
For starters, I'm now including family photos during your session so that you can make the most of your time with me! I know you're a busy mom (or dad) and booking 2 separate sessions on 2 different weekends during the busy holiday season is a big ask….so this means the sessions will be 20 minutes instead of 10 so that everyone gets their annual family Christmas photos AND Santa photos! -if you're not interested in family photos you're more than welcome to let your kiddos spend the full 20 minutes with Santa!
I'm also shifting my focus to tangible printed artwork with every session, not just a digital gallery (if you've had a session with me over the last 6-9 months you already know this). I'll be offering a variety of artwork options from ornaments, custom framed prints, and keepsake folio albums - perfect for starting a tradition or collecting a library of annual Christmas & Santa memories! (artwork examples at the bottom of this email)
All of the artwork options will be on display on the day of your session, and my assistant will be there to answer questions, as well as take payment for any orders you wish to place (hint: there's a special incentive when purchasing on the day of your session!)
And that leaves one last surprise….and probably my most favorite! Each child will receive a personalized letter in the mail from Santa himself, inviting them to come have their picture taken with him on the date & time you selected at booking! Provide any details you want included in the letter! If you have more than 1 child please specify if you want individual letters for each, or 1 joint letter addressed with all their names. And if you know me, you know I'm EXTRA, so this letter will most likely be printed on sparkly card stock for the perfect magical Christmas flare!

How many images are included? Can I choose them?
A.Yes! You’ll receive 4 images, and you get to choose any 4 you’d like from your full gallery — whether they’re from the Santa portion, the family portion, or a mix of both.
Can I get the full digital gallery without spending $500 on artwork?
A.The full gallery (25+ images) is a complimentary bonus for clients who invest $500+ in artwork. If you prefer not to order that much, you’re welcome to purchase the full gallery à la carte for $650. Many families reach the $500 total by combining framed prints, ornaments, folio albums, and even grandparent gifts — and yes, anyone can make a purchase toward your total!
Is the $500 before or after the 25% same-day discount?
A.It’s before the discount — so with the 25% off for ordering the same day as your session, you’ll only need to spend $375 to get $500 worth of product plus the full digital gallery.
When will we receive our photos?
A.Turnaround time is 1–2 weeks — perfect for getting those holiday cards out on time.
Do ornaments count toward the $500 total? And do they get the 25% discount?
A.Yes, ornaments count toward the $500 total. The only time they don’t get the 25% discount is if you’re buying just a single ornament by itself. If it’s part of a larger order, it will be discounted along with the rest.
How do we purchase artwork before seeing the final images?
A.You’ll decide on the types of products you'd like (like folios, ornaments, or albums) in advance, and once your gallery is ready, you’ll pick your favorite images for each product. I’ll guide you through how to make selections that work beautifully together!
